Prom Tickets are now available for purchase (as of May 12). Cost is $5 per ticket. Graduates do not have to purchase a ticket for themselves, only for guests (friends, family members...).
*Note - the graduation fee for Mature Students is $50.

June 6th - Ceremony Ticket Pick Up Due Date
Grads are now permitted to pick up ceremony tickets at the main office (black building). There is a limit of 8 tickets per student. Tickets will be available for pick up until Friday June 6th. Students wishing to acquire additional tickets will be contacted the week of June 9th depending on the number of tickets remaining.
June 4th - Due date to sign up for former school visits on June 23 & 24. Please use the form on the Grade 12 Google Classroom.
June 4th - Ceremony scripts are due. Students submit the information that will be read when they receive their diploma using the Google Form, posted on the Grade 12 Google Classroom.
May 30th - Credit and Diploma Checks must be completed using the documents posted on the Grade 12 Google Classroom.
May 28th - Grad Raffle Draw, 2 p.m. Stride Place
May 16th - Safe Grad forms must be handed in by 4 p.m.
May 16th - All raffle tickets must be returned to the main office.
April 15th - Grad fees are now due. ($80) Students will recieve grad 2 booklets of raffle tickets to sell when grad fees are paid. Students sell the tickets and keep the $ (reducing the grad fee to $40). The grad raffle is the main fundraiser for Grad. Students may obtain additional raffle tickets to sell if needed. All grad raffle booklets must be returned to PCI by Friday May 16th.
April 30th or before- Bring Grad Raffle Prizes collected from local businesses to the West Office. Prizes that are of large monetary value need to be submitted by February 28th, as the 3 largest prizes, as well as the name of the business making the donation to the class of 2025, will be printed on the raffle ticket. PCI will continue to collect other prizes for the raffle in March and April.
March 24th - Gowns for Grad & Suit Up Winnipeg Registration. If the cost of purchasing formal wear (prom dress or suit) is a significant stressor for a graduate or their family, please contact Mrs. Bertholet. Students must be registered before March 24th to attend the events which take place in Winnipeg in May. There is no cost to participate.
March 17th & 18th - Grad Photo Retakes. Appointments can now be made with Mrs. Neufeld in the finance office.
March 6th - Scholarship and Bursary Application's are due. Late applications will not be considered. Students that missed the scholarship and bursary meeting must make arrangements with Mrs. Pruden to view the presentation and obtain application forms.
